Is Tesla cheating on production numbers for its new gigafactory?

Contrary to the official figures, Tesla reached the magic mark of 5,000 e-cars produced at its Gigafactory in Grünheide, Brandenburg, just once at the beginning of this year. Previously, the company had claimed to exceed this mark on a weekly basis. Business Insider, citing internal documents and statements from several employees, suggests that the numbers are well below what was communicated, with an average of only about 4,000 Teslas per week. The reason for the poor production numbers is said to be staff shortages, as well as the current vacation season. According to reports, the number of sick notes has also increased due to the increasing overload (more on Tesla's treatment of employees and the environment in Brandenburg here: https://www.cardess.eu/post/tesla-in-brandenburg-gegen-natursch%C3%BCtzer-und-gewerkschaften). Contrary to all appearances, however, Tesla says it is "still successfully ramping up."
